SPRING STEP CHALLENGE

This challenge encourages you to take 10,000 steps daily, fostering a healthier lifestyle and a revitalized sense of well-being. Participants will partake in a 6-week challenge where you will meet twice a week, one step aerobics class, and one group training session. T-shirts will be included in the price.
