What are the hours on a Rental?
Rentals are based on room availability.
Multi-Purpose Room Rentals: (2 hr. Minimum)
Monday - Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Sunday: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Pool & Splash Pad Room Rentals: (2 hr. Minimum)
Friday: 6:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Saturday: 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
What is the process of booking a rental?
Come in during business office hours to fill out a rental application permit. Full payment is required at the time of booking including the room rental fee & deposit to secure your rental. (Cash, Credit & Checks). Must book event 7 days prior to dates request.

Is there a deposit fee?
Yes, $100.00 refundable deposit fee is required for all room rentals. Room 108 & 110 reserved together is $150.00 deposit.
What does your party include?
Set-up of tables and chairs
What size tables are provided? (based on availability)
- 5 ft. Rectangle (4-6 chair seating)
- 6 ft. Rectangle (6-8 chair seating)
- 8 ft. Rectangle (8-10 chair seating)
- 72 inch Round (9-10 chair seating)
Are you allowed to decorate?
Yes, but no staples or tacks are permitted. Please use low adhesive tape, no permanent or double sided tape, and no plastic confetti.
Are you allowed to come in early to decorate?
You are only allowed to decorate within your allotted time of your booking. Must keep that mind when booking a specific time for your event.
Are you allowed to cater?
Yes, catering is allowed. No electrical appliances are allowed (no crock pots, microwaves, etc). Sternos to keep food warm are allowed.
Is alcohol allowed?
Are you allowed to have a DJ?
Yes, DJ's are allowed but noise levels need to be appropriate based on other facility rentals, events, & programs. Facility staff will communicate on acceptable noise levels.
Is there a fridge?
Yes, if available. Facility staff will assist you on use, space may be limited.
Can we rent a Multi-Purpose Room and utilize the pool?
No, pool room rentals only.
