Get ready, Matteson residents! The much-anticipated 2023 Street Resurfacing Projects are officially kicked off on Monday, September 18th, marking a significant step towards enhancing our community's infrastructure and improving the quality of our streets.

Holden Circle: Concrete Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk Revamp
Our dedicated crews will begin this year's road improvement journey by focusing on Holden Circle. The initial phases involve concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk removal and replacement. This essential work ensures the durability and safety of our streets, making them more accessible for all residents. Expect some temporary disruptions as we aim to make these upgrades as efficient as possible.

Next in Line: 216th Street & Treehouse Road
Following the completion of Holden Circle's concrete work, we will move swiftly to address 2016th Street and Treehouse Road. We'll begin by griding and preparing the surface for resurfacing, promising smoother, more enjoyable drives for everyone.

What to Expect and Stay Informed
During these construction phases, please be mindful of posted detours and road closures to ensure the safety of both residents and workers. We understand that construction can sometimes be inconvenient, but we assure you that the end result will be well worth it - a stronger, more resilient, and aesthetically pleasing community.

Stay tuned for updated and progress reports as we move forward with the Matteson 2023 Street Resurfacing Project. We will make every effort to keep you informed about the schedule and any changes that may arise. We kindly request your patience and cooperation as we work diligently to complete these projects.
