A program designed to accelerate your business growth with where and how you want and need support. This is NOT your ordinary business initiative. Join us and be a part of this life-changing journey. HERE'S WHAT THE PROGRAM OFFERS:

  • Bespoke Consultation:  Personalized business consultations to address your specific challenges, helping you make informed and strategic decisions. When is the last time you've had an experienced business owner review your business operations and offer support to your business? The program will have a few of those and can't wait to connect you to them. We have curated relevant technical assistance, local, state, and federal resources, and coaching (professional + business) resources to support you and your business holistically. 
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with like-minded entrepreneurs, small business owners, industry experts, and potential investors. Harness the power of collective knowledge to fuel your business's growth. According to proprietary research, networking has been a key enabler to businesses like yours in reaching their goals. FAQs

1. Is there a cost? Successful applicants must invest time and money into the program to reap the most benefit for their business. The investment will cover only a small portion of the value that they receive. 
2. What is the time commitment? Successful applicants should expect to invest between 10-20 hours per month. The more time invested, the more value is extracted from the program. 
3. How is the program structured? The program will be delivered in a hybrid fashion. Some sessions will be conducted via Zoom and others will be in-person at the Village of Matteson or other locations in close proximity. 
4. How long does the program last? The program will run from September 2023 through February 2024, with a culminating event to occur between April 2024 and June 2024. 
5. Who can participate in my company? We highly encourage the head of the company and a designee to be involved and remain aware of the day-to-day programming. We would expect there to be a minimum of 2 and no more than 3 company representatives acting on the company's behalf in the program. 
6. Why should I participate in this program? Businesses selected to participate in this program will receive tangible and non-tangible benefits. Businesses will receive a value ranging from $20K - $50K depending on the components the business is involved in.
