Attention all young fitness enthusiasts! We are thrilled to announce the latest offering: the Girls Flex Fitness Class, specially designed for members ages 9-13! Join us every Thursday at 6:00 pm for an energizing and fun-filled workout session.

Ages: 9-13 years
Class Format: Zumba, Hip-Hop Step, Jump Rope, Cycling, and more!
Certified instructors will lead the class, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
