Board of Trustees Approves Streetscape Improvement Plan
On June 22, 2020, the President and Board of Trustees approved a Streetscape Improvement Plan for the Lincoln Highway and Cicero Avenue Corridors to enhance Matteson’s physical image and the safety of pedestrians and motorists. Two public workshops were held and Village residents have been involved in the development of the plan by providing feedback on street improvements to increase safety, directional signage and landscaping.
