Focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support.

Looking to effectively train every part of your body? Ride the bike and get 'ripped' in one workout - intervals of cycling and off the bike exercises will help you get the most 'bang for your buck'. Cycling shoes are not recommended for this class.
