IMRF Budget For Employees Total Compensation Package (IL Public Act 97-609)

Under ILCS 120/7.3 any IMRF employer must post the following information for any employee having a total compensation package that exceeds $75,000 per year. Total compensation for the above purpose includes salary, health insurance, a housing allowance, a vehicle allowance, a clothing allowance, bonuses, loans, vacation days granted, and sick days granted. IMRF Disclosure, IL Public Act 101-0504

In 2019, Illinois General Assembly passed Public Act 101-0504.  The law requires IMRF to post certain employer cost and participation information on its website. IMRF updates these reports annually.
