IMRF 2021-2022 Budget For Employees Total Compensation Package (IL Public Act 97-609)
Pursuant to ILCS 120/7.3 any IMRF employer has a duty to post the following information for any employee having a total compensation package that exceeds $75,000 per year. Total compensation for the above purpose includes salary, health insurance, a housing allowance, a vehicle allowance, a clothing allowance, bonuses, loans, vacation days granted, and sick days granted. IMRF Disclosure, IL Public Act 101-0504
In 2019, Illinois General Assembly passed Public Act 101-0504. The law requires IMRF to post certain employer cost and participation information on its website. IMRF updates these reports annually. Furthermore, the Act requires that employers who participate in IMRF post a link to the IMRF page which displays this information on their website no later than January 1, 2021.
