Alexi Development/ Senior Housing Facility
Southeast corner of Route 30 and Ridgeland Ave. 81,000 sq. ft. building with 75 units, 55 assisted living apartments and 20 memory care apartments, 70,0000 sq. ft. independent living facility- 60 units


Brookmere Subdivision
Completed a little over 300 residential housing units with quads, townhomes, and Single-Family homes.


Echelon Townhomes
Alexi Development is proposing to complete the subdivision with Townhomes and Single-Family homes.


Regents Pointe
Townhome development located west of Family Dollar- adding additional 40 units.


Market Square Crossing: Redevelopment of Lincoln Mall
A master development plan for a brand-new mixed-use community for the 60-acre site, southeast of U.S. 30 and Cicero Avenue. The plans include up to 2000,000 sq. ft. space for retail shops, restaurants, and businesses; bicycle and jogging paths connecting to Old Plank Road Trail; proposed 613 residential units; 50- acre prime redevelopment; 2.3-acre Town Center with green space and fountain and outdoor concert venue; 30.9- acres for indoor and outdoor sports and entertainment use.



Best Buy Repurposing
The former Best Buy will be home to Global Gymnastics.



Matteson Orthodontist
Demolished old motel for this redevelopment. $1.2M project cost to construct a 4,300 sq. ft. medical office building.


Pete’s Fresh Market
The Chicago based store is to open in Fall 2020 located in the former Dominick’s store.


Sam’s Fulfillment Center
Repurposed existing Sam’s Club to create the 2nd Sam’s E-Fulfillment Center in the U.S. The Sam’s Fulfillment Center will be expanding into the former Walmart this Fall. Volume will increase up to 20k units/day generating more revenue for the Village. The internet sales collect from a 200 miles radius.


Streetscape Improvement Plan
CMAP (Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning) Local Assistance Program Grant selected Ratio Architects as the consultant. The plan will focus on improved safety for pedestrians and bicyclists, and increase connectivity between Matteson neighborhoods and the commercial corridors along Route 30 and Cicero Ave.


Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) Study
This study conducted by RTA is in collaboration with the Village of Matteson, Village of Park Forest and the Village of Richton Park to find transportation alternatives. 


Central Park Properties
63-acre logistics center site with five phases. The first phase includes 27 acres and a 63k sq. ft building with office suits and 200 docks.


Greater Chicago Auto Auction expansion
A $2M project cost. Expansion to increase from 185 acres to 200 acres located in Manheim Business Park. Approximately, 4,000 vehicles are auctioned, and 2,500 vehicles are sold to private dealers every Thursday.


Aldi’s Expansion
3,300 sq. ft expansion to create an Aldi fresh market platform.
