The Matteson Recreational Division is an interconnected network of community, neighborhood and surrounding public lands integrated with residential and business development. The Division provides
broadly defined recreation offerings. Recreational Division fosters participation and enjoyment, both within and across neighborhoods, which encourages interaction between family members, different cultures, ages and interests. This division is constantly evolving and includes major facilities, large open spaces, neighborhood parks, amenities, local and community wide programs, high quality, creative financing, citizen involvement and professional management as points of pride for the community and a model for others. |
