Village President André B. Ashmore and the Board of Trustees entered into contract with Robert E. Hamilton Consulting Engineers, PC (REHCE) to assist the Village of Matteson with the federal processes required to create a “Quiet Zone”, also known as a no-whistle zone where train horns are not sounded.
